Abstrak
Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important stage in children's development, where they begin to learn about the world around them. One aspect that needs to be considered in PAUD is understanding and celebrating the diversity of children's cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds. This research aims to explore how a multicultural approach in the learning process in PAUD can help in building understanding, tolerance and appreciation for diversity. This research will use qualitative methods, collecting data through classroom observations, interviews with PAUD teachers, and analysis of curriculum documents. Samples will be selected from several PAUD institutions that apply a multicultural approach to learning.
