The activities and duties of students as students are learning, namely learning science, organizing, socializing and learning to be leaders to achieve success in life. Students with higher capacities are expected to be able to understand concepts, be able to map problems and choose the best solution for these problems. Research instrument is a tool used by researchers to collect research data. The type of scale used is the Likert scale, where there are favorable and unfavorable scales that represent aspects or indicators of variables. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between self-efficacy, learning motivation and self-management with academic procrastination at STIT Ihsanul Fikri. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the R coefficient value was 0.973 with a significance level (p) of 0.00 (p <0.01). So that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted. This shows that there is a relationship between self-efficacy, learning motivation and self-management with academic procrastination at STIT Ihsanul Fikri.
